John R. Reynolds (BA): Geologist,

successful operations on five continents under a myriad of field conditions.
Managerial role participation in successful
exploration programs including the discovery of a 135-megawatt geothermal
resource at Puerto Mumbotumbo, Nicaragua, multiple geothermal exploration
programs for the Japanese New Energy Development Organization (NEDO).
Spearheaded the near-surface electrical characterization of a deep seismic
program for Sohio Petroleum in central New Mexico, directed in-field operations
for the geophysical component of the successful integrated exploration program
carried out at Paredones Amarillos gold project in Baja California Sur, Mexico,
and porphyry copper exploration in the US and Mexico for a variety of clients

Donald E. Ranta (PhD): Geological
engineer with over 30 years of mining experience primarily in the exploration,
evaluation and development of deposits of gold, silver, copper, molybdenum,
lead, zinc, tungsten, and industrial minerals in North and South America,
Africa, the Southwest Pacific, and the CIS. He has served in managerial
positions with companies including Kennecott, Gulf Mineral Resources, Climax
Molybdenum, AMAX, Phelps Dodge and Echo Bay Mines. His exploration teams have
been responsible for the discovery, acquisition, or expansion of several major
mineral deposits including Mt. Emmons, Sleeper, Santa Gertrudis, Cochise,
Seven-Up Pete, McDonald, Aquarius, Paredones Amarillos, and Youga.
As an entrepreneur, he was President of Union Hill
and now is President of NRX Global (USA) Corporation. NRX is a developing
company serving the business-to-business (B2B) needs of the global mining
industry through e-procurement and supply chain solutions. He served as the
Year 2000 President of SME.
Andrew T. Swarthout (MS): Exploration
geologist, 28 years experience in copper, molybdenum, precious metals, and
uranium exploration. Previous employers include Denison Mines Ltd., Kerr
McGee, Bear Creek Mining/ Kennecott Exploration, ASARCO and Southern Peru
Copper.
Participated in or organized and lead teams that
discovered Las Chancas, Peru (Cu/Mo), Tantahuatay , Peru (Cu/Au), Crown Butte,
Montana (Au), Rawhide, Nevada (Au), and Bolaņos, Mexico (Ag). Vice
President of Exploration leading the ore reserve extension teams at the Cuajone
and Toquepala mines, Peru and represented SPCC on the Management Committee
during the SEC-NYSE public listing and subsequent bank financing for
expansions.
Lary D. Milner (JD): Attorney with
extensive corporate in-house and private practice experience in the areas of
international and domestic natural resource exploration programs and
development for Phelps Dodge, Arnold & Porter, and Atlantic Richfield.
Specialist in country risk and tax analysis; Foreign Corrupt Practices Act
compliance; and, domestic and international legislative and regulatory
affairs. Successful track record in domestic and International natural
resource related acquisitions, mergers, exploration programs and
operations (including joint ventures) and project financing in U.S.,
Canada; Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Central America, Chile, Mexico, Peru,
Venezuela); Pacific Rim (China, Philippines, Indonesia, India and Australia);
Africa (South Africa, Congo, Zambia, Madagascar); Europe (Austria, Ireland,
Portugal, Spain, Central Europe, Sweden, and Great Britain);and, Russia and
other former Soviet Republics. Experience as officer, director and
general counsel of offshore natural resource related exploration entities in 26
countries. International and domestic regulatory matters, including Foreign
Corrupt Practices Act, environmental, health and safety compliance, country
risk assessment and governmental relations. Primary areas of practice include
